Claims Documents required for Loan Protection Insurance Claim

In case of any claim arising due to death, disablement or termination, the Bhutan Insurance Ltd.:

1	Should be notified within the period of 90 days from the date of event For National Pension and Provident Fund clients.
2	Should be notified within the period of 60 days from the date of event For Bhutan Development Bank Ltd. clients.
3	Should be notified within the period of 30 days from the date of event For Bhutan National Bank Ltd. clients.

Following are the documents required:

1	Intimation letter/ Registration.
2	Copy of policy.
3	Claim form duly filled up and signed with the seal.
4	Death certificate in case of death.
5	Medical certificate in case of injury/ disablement.
6	Copy of Citizenship ID Card.
